Where you send tests, surveys, lessons, exercises, questions and related materials to Question Tools for the purpose of identifying problems with the content or Question Tools software, then you retain the rights to these materials.

Refund policy

If there is something wrong then contact us — don't delay, just let us know. Just click on this link for our telephone number, email address, postal address and a contact form. If you are looking here because you are thinking of buying, then note that almost all of our software can be freely downloaded and tried before buying — just ask if you want to try anything. If you are unhappy with anything that has been sent to you through the post (such as a Starter, Trainer or Teacher's pack) then let us know and we will either replace the pack or refund your money. Refunds for licences (i.e. serial numbers) are at our discretion as there is opportunity to try the software for indefinite periods before purchase.
