Windows Media Audio added

Windows Media Audio (wma) files can now be used with Question Tools Editor, Question Tools Exam and during web-based delivery. Using the Windows Media Player file types means that Windows Media player has to be installed on the computer playing the sound, whether it is delivered using a web browser or Question Tools software. For compatibility, we still recommend mp3 as the best choice, although wma files can be smaller in size.
